A woman is found dead by the son she accidentally blinded several years before. It is ruled as suicide, but the police suspect that it might be murder. After the death he is able to pay for an operation to restore his sight. The plot twist are developed gradually into the plot as the suspect pool gradually widens. The best performance comes from Beverly Garland as the blind son's girlfriend.
