A group of scientists working in an old house developing a new recording method start seeing a ghost but then work out she is actually a recording within the stones of the building. Jane Asher is the computer analyst who is most sensitive and when they erase the woman from the walls, something more dangerous is released. This was made by the BBC as a television film and has comparatively low production values, but an intriguing plot. The script was written by Nigel Kneale who also wrote the Quatermass scripts for the BBC.
