This is Harold Lloyd having fun at a funfair and being involved in car and horse drawn tram chases as well as a run in with the actual Babe Ruth. Despite a pretty much non-existant plot, this is one of Harold Lloyd's best films, with some great physical jokes. He is well supported by Ann Christy as his girlfriend and a cameo from the baseball player Babe Ruth.
