A woman (Claudette Colbert) wakes up on a train after supposedly sleep walking and taking a shot at her husband (Don Ameche). Soon she begins to worry if she is going mad or there is something more sinister happening. This is a variation on the Gaslight plot with a good performance from Claudette Colbert as the woman being manipulated, with good support from Don Ameche as the scheming husband, Hazel Brooks as the other woman and Robert Cummings as her friend.
