A couple who are drifting towards marriage split up when she (Carole Lombard) decides that she does not want to be poor and goes after a rich husband and he (Chester Morris) finds a rich wife, but neiither are happy. This is something of a mixed bag with nothing special in the plot though Carole Lombard is good in the lead role and supporting roles from Rita La Roy and a very early role from Cary Grant.
