An immigration agent (Regis Toomey) infiltrates a gang bringing Chinese immigrants into America with the help of a rich young woman (Estehr Ralston) who is also a pilot. The idea was OK, but this film falls down in its execution. It has a poor script and production, despite the eforts of capable actors like Esther Ralston and Regis Toomey.
