A woman runs an agency the provides services to wealthy clients who cannot organise things for themselves. She meets a man who does not want to be organised by a woman so as she falls in love with him she does not tell him who she really is. The inevitable romantic complications and confusions follow. The plot is a typical romantic comedy with a good performance from Constance Bennett as the super organised woman falling in love and the first film performance from Vincent Price. There are also good supporting performances from Mischa Auer and Joy Hodges.
