Comment/Synopsis

In the days leading up to Pearl Habour, an American bar owner in Shanghai gets involved with British and Japanese spies. Lynn Bari is the Britih agent on the trail of a coded message in a letter whilst Preston Foster is happy to sell it to the highest bidder. The script is not the best and suffers from beingsome war time propaganda.
