The owner of the Best Marigold Hotel is in the build up to his wedding, trying to buy a second hotel and expecting a hotel inspector to visit. Although there are the same characters in this follow up film the characters are not developed in the script and it lacks the charm and gentle humour of the first film. The acting is good as expected from a strong cast.
