An insurance investigator (Griffith Jones) is framed for murder after a blonde woman (Zena Marshall) asks him to recover a letter from a man blackmailing her. This is not a very good British crime drama, the plot and script not being great. There is a good performance from Hazel Court as Griffith Jones's boss and lover, with support from Zena Marshall as the femme fatal figure.
