Comment/Synopsis

A worker (Larry Semon) and a foreman (Oliver Hardy) at a sawmill compete for the daughter of the owner in a series of chases and potential disasters around the mill. Larry Semon made several silent short comedies that are essentially physical comedies. There is no real plot, more a series of chases and stunts that are well executed.
