A real estate developer (Aly Michalka) goes to a small seaside town to buy up some property to redevelop, but the owner (Chad Michael Murray) is reluctant to sell as it would involved knocking down the old pier in the town. The plot is predictable and not really believable and there are no twists or developments in the plot.
