Judge Reinhold and Helen Slater kidnap Bette Midler, however her husband (Danny DeVito) refuses to pay the ransom. Eventually the three of them work together to escape with the ransom money they fianlly get from Danny DeVito. This is a wonderfully entertaining comedy with good performances from Bette Midler and Danny DeVito, that benefits from a good plot and some wonderfull comic scenes, not least Bette Midler doing aerobics to loose weight whilst being held prisoner.
