Two American men (Bing Crosby and Bob Hope) run a circus side show in Africa and after they burn down a circus they have to find money to return to America but get conned by a pair of women (Dorothy Lamour and Una Merkel) who are also after money. This was the second of 7 Road To films featuring Bing Crosby, Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamour.
