Keifer Sutherland is an undercover policeman who whilst investigating police corruption gets involved in a diamond robbery during which a native American lance is also stolen. He teams up with Lou Diamond Philips to uncover the corruption and recover the lance. A violent mix of police corruption and native American folklore.
