Bruce Willis is a retired CIA operative who chats to his pension administrator Mary-Louise Parker on the telephone. However his past comes back to threaten him and consequently her as well. The vice -president has a history during a previous war he was involved in killing civilians and so he gets the CIA to kill off anyone who knew about it. Bruce Willis gets his retired friends (Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren) to help him. This is a good action film with some nice comic touches that is made by the performances of the experienced cast playing retired versions of their characters.
