The inhabitants of the moon are planning to invade earth when they destroyed earth's defences. Fortunately Commanda Cody with his flying suit is there to defend earth. This is a typical example of the 1950 cinema serials and this has all its features and problems. The plot does not really make sense and the acting and script are bad.
