A young man in an ad agency finds release in his Mod life style with drugs and mopeds that culminates with a show down with the rockers. This has been likened to the classic Rebel Without A Cause, but from a British perspective. Love it or hate it, this reflects a period of Britain in the 1960's. This was funded by and inspired by the Who trying to recreate the tensions of the Mods and Rockers in 1960's England and benefits from a sound track from the period as well as their songs.
