Robbie Coltrane is a priest from a quiet backwater, who is mistakenly elected Pope and suddenly has to confront, politics, corruption, the mob and a former girl friend. This is a very funny and entertaining film of someone trying to cope when they are out of their depth, with Robbie Coltrane giving a good performance.
