A couple of seasmen who indulge in some small time smuggling of cigaretes and stockings, but then one of them gets drawn into smuggling diamonds out of the country. This is a well filmed British drama apart from being a well constructed crime drama also tounche on racial prejudice and mixed race relationships which were unusual for the time.
