Inspector Dreyfus (Herbert Lom) escapes from a mental asylum bent on revenge against Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers). To do this he kidnaps a scientist (Richard Vernon) and his daughter and get him to build a doomsday machine whilst employing various assassins (Leslley-Anne Down) to try and kill Clouseau. Peter Sellers reprises his role as the bumbling Inspector Clouseau and Herbert Lom is good as the villan of the film. An entertaining and funny film. The music was by Henry Mancini.
