David Niven and Robert Wagner are theives trying to steal the Pink Panther diamond from Claudia Cardinale. On their tail is the bumbling policeman Inspector Clouseau played by Peter Sellers. This is the first of the series of Pink Panther films and Peter Sellers is at his best with his phoney French accent and bumbling policeman routine. Contains some classic comedy scenes.
