Four women who are mail order brides plus an innocent young women travel from the USA to the jungle of South America where they find that the owner of the diamond mine where their prospective husbands work is a brutal man and then some of the men have histories. Whilst not a great film, it is intruiging for the period, in the themes that it deals with even though it does gloss over the abuse that underlies the situation.
