A group of American backpackers in Brazil have an accident in a bus and find a beach where they dance and drink. After being drugged and robbed they end up being taken to a house where their organs are being harvested. The characters are not appealing, and the horror and shocks are limited and what was the point of the underwater cave scenes in the final quarter of the film for.
