A woman (Marceline Day) arrives on a South Sea island to marry her fiancé (Gladden James) and finds she is the only white woman on the island. Her fiancé has turned to drink and half his plantation is owed as IOU's to the cheating bar owner (Tom Santschi). She tries to turn her husband around, but also attracts the attention of the bar owner and a more gentlemanly but slightly dubious ships captain (Kenneth Harlan). The plot is nothing special and neither is the action nor the production, but is interesting to have two actors (Kenneth Harlan and Marceline Day) known for their silent film roles talking and singing.
