An ex-convict (David Sumner) is suspected of killing two women on waste ground under a full moon but the police cannot find evidence to prove him guilty so they send an policewoman (Susan Travers) undercover to get evidence. Whilst the basic premise is fine but the execution in not very inspiring and the production quality is low budget. None of the characters are very likeable except for Susan Travers.
