A mobile phone salesman (James Corden) from South Wales who has had a passion for singing opera overcomes a series of obstacles to enter and win the first Britain's Got Talent competition. This is based on the real life story of how Paul Potts won BGT with the support of the love of his life and wife (Alexandra Roach) despite accidents and a lack of confidence from being bullied at school. This has a well written script, that tells the story with humour and compassion. A good example of how to make a feel good film. Paul Potts provided the singing for James Corden.
