Steven Seagal works for an oil company drilling in Alaska run by Michael Caine. With only 13 days left to complete the drilling before the land rights return to the Eskimo's, his friend discovers some dodgy dealing. When the company kills his friend and tries to kill him, Steven Seagal sets out to expose the truth with the help of a native girl (Joan Chen). This is a strange mix of violence and eco message from Steven Segal with a miscast Michael Caine.
