A group of terrorists led by Anthony Pekins have put bombs on two oil rigs, take over the supply boat and demand a ransom. The British government and Lloyds engage a maverick (Roger Moore) to deal with the problem. James Mason is th admiral sent to assist Roger Moore. This is Roger Moore in a role that is very much below the standard of his Bond/007 role that this film is a poor parody of.
