Comment/Synopsis

A quiet unassuming engineer (Kenneth More) is sent on the Queen Elizabeth liner to negotiate a loan and discovers he has a new personality when the clock stop for one hour at midnight to allow for the time change. This is a gentle British comedy that revolves around the two diferent personalities of Kenneth More's character.
