Emmanuelle Vaugier gets a job as nanny to advertising executive Cynthia Gibb. She falls for one of her boss's employees but pretends to him that she works for the company whilst helping him win a big contract for the company. The plot is not original, but Emmanuelle Vaugier has enough charm to make this film a watchable Christmas movie.
