Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne) is a young man from a wealthy background who gets a job with a film company run by Lawrence Olivier (Kenneth Branagh). They are about to start filming the Prince And The Showgirl and Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams) arrives to take the lead opposite Lawrence Olivier. The film is based on the true story of Colin Clark's friendship with Marilyn Monroe during the period of making the film. Michelle Williams gives a great performance as Marilyn Monroe and she is very well supported by a strong British cast, including Kenneth Branagh as Lawrence Olivier, Zoe Wanamaker, Judi Dench and a nice cameo from Emma Watson.
