A man (William Hartnell) discovers his wife (Chili Bouchier) is having an affair and chases the man (John Slater) out of a pub after they fight each other. The other man disappears and he is changed and convicted of his murder. 15 years later he is released from prison and seeking revenge. He is helped by a newspaper reporter (Jimmy Hanley) and a woman (DInah Sheridan) who neither he nor she realises is his daughter. The plot is nothing deep and the final twist becomes obvious quite early on. WIlliam Hartnell is good in the lead and there is good support from Dinah Sheridah.
