Comment/Synopsis

Margaret Rutherford is a feisty Miss Marple who investigates the death of a wealthy man who apparently died of fright by seeing a cat and the four surviving relatives are the main suspects. MGM added some comedy to the original story and changed the main character from Hercule Poirot to Miss Marple. The film is based on the Agatha Christie novel After the funeral.
