A London cleaning lady set her heart on having a Dior dress and goes to Paris where she disrupts the life of the Dior fashion house. This is an entertaining but slightly curious fantasy of a cleaning lady who scrapes together enough money to go to Paris to buy a Dior designer dress. Once there she disrupts then company and get them to change from exclusive one off designs to more volume high end expnsive designs. Lesley Manville gives a good performance in the lead role.
