A young couple start a happy if poor marriage. However as he becomes successful, he is tempted away from her and has an affair with another woman. She leaves him and gives birth to his child. When the other woman dumps him, he wants to go back to his wife. This is not a great film despite the presence of Lillian Gish and is let down by the flimsy plot.
