In a post apocalyptic world where giant cities travel around the world, two young people and and an outlaw try to stop one man using London to take over the world. The plot does not really make sense and has all sorts of holes in it. The film is visually impressive with good effects and CGI and some elaborate machines. However the characters are very flat and most not really very likable. Also the various plot devices and twists have all been used before and so has the feel that some of the scenes are reworks of those used in other films.
