The actress friend (Hilary Jardine) of a television chef (Holly RobinsonPeete) is suspected of the murder of a man working for a woman (Teryl Rothy) who wants to break up the relationship between her and her son. As Holly Robinson Peete starts to investigate, she is convinced her friend is innocent and various suspects appear with different possible motives. Most of the performances are quite bland, but Teryl Rothery id better as the lawyer who will do anything for her son.
