Sean Patrick Flannery is an adventurer who is looking for the tomb of Gengid Khan, but his is perusaded to help doctor Victoria Pratt take medication to an isolated village. However a drilling company has distuburbed a nest of man-eaing worms defening the tomb. This is a typical Si-Fi channel standard film.
