During World War 2 Arthur Askey owns half a respectable escort agency and Evelyn Dell is the American who arrives and is the owner of the other half. This is a light weight moral boosting musical comedy. It features the singing talents of Anne Shelton who was popular entertaining troops during the war. This was the first feature film directed by Val Guest.
