A giant drilling rig on the edge of the artic drills into a sealed undersea ocean and releases pehistoric animals into the ocean whilst a reporter and her cameraman are filming a story about the environmental impacts of thhe drilling. Mix of giant creature and disaster movie plots with effects typical of a made for television sci-fi film.
