A man (Vincent Price) who wants world peace builds a flying machine that he uses to destroy armies and ships whilst capturing an manufacturer, his daughter (Mary Webster), her fiance and a man (Charles Bronson) from the government sent to investigate him. This is curious with Vincent Price and Charles Bronson arguing the morality of killing people to bring peace.
