An FBI agent is brought in to track down a serial killer who appears to pick victims at random. This was the first of the Hannibal Lecktor films and different from the later Silence Of The Lambs. Although it shows it 1980's roots, it is still effective and Brian Cox is good as Lecktor and William Peterson is good in his pre-CSI days.
