As Chicago gears up for its annual parade the parade organiser (Autumn Reeser) has to try and convince a management consultant (Antonio Cupo) from changing or stopping it for financial reasons. She starts out being antagonistic to him but predictably that changes. Typical made for television romantic comedy.
