Linsay Lohan is a secretary at a publishing company who avoids getting fired by saying she is pregnant. When her boss goes on leave his assistant takes over and promotes her to editor of pregnancy books. She then has to balance pretending to be pregnant with editing her first book. This is Lindsay Lohan startng to work in more grown up films.
