A bookshop owner meets the new owner of a mansion that he has just inherited. Whilst she is sorting through the books from the estate they find a key and go looking for what it opens. Meanwhile his lawyer tries to get round him to continue the scam she and her father another lawyer were running on the estate. THe plot is typical for a made for television romance and predictable.
