Costas Mandylor and his family run a bakery that is on hard times so he decides to enter a televised baking competition but needs a partner. He goes to ask Lauren Holly who works in a well known restaurant but she initially refuses as they get off on the wrong foot. However she agrees and they go to the competition where he past catches up with him and a relationship develops between them despite her boyfriend arriving to see the competition. This is not a great romantic comedy and has little actual baking for a film about bakers.
