A young Roman (Sebastian Croft) whose get rich scheme upsets Emporer Nero (Craig Roberts) who sends to join the army in Britian where he is captured by a young feisty Celtic girl (Emilia Jones) and then gets involved in Boudica's (Kate Nash) revolt against the Romans. This is a big screen version of the television series. The humour is hit and miss and the songs are not great. The best performance is from Emilia Jones as the feisty young woman.
