A wealthy man (Rex Harrison) living in Venice pretends to be dying and invites his three former mistresses to visit him as a scam and is helped by an out of work actor. Slow and wordy that changes half way through to a murder mystery. A good cast and a strong prformance Maggie Smith as the nurse of one of the women.
