After a chef (Emily Tennant) leaves her job in a London restaurant, she house sits a relatives flat in Chicago. Her new neighbour (Niall matter) gets her a job on a hotline to help people cook their turkey. She starts helping a man cooking his turkey, without realising that he is the handsome architect who is restoring the building. The two story lines of their budding relationship over the phone and in real life run in parallel. The scenes where she is talking to people from the call centre are nicely filmed as she is set into their environment rather than the traditional split screen approach. The plot is not particularly original but Emily Tennant is charming in the lead role.
